All products available on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method. You agree to pay the full amount upon delivery of the product.

We offer a cashback system called Getoins. You can earn Getoins on eligible purchases and use them to pay for future orders on our platform.
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Standard delivery charges apply unless otherwise stated.
If you return a product, the refund will be processed exclusively via Getoins (Store Credit). We do not offer cash refunds.
Please note that Delivery Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of a return, the actual delivery cost (approximately 200-300 PKR) will be deducted from your refund amount, even if your original order had free delivery.
We accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please contact support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
In no event shall Geto.pk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
